Kevin served in active Army duty between 1981 and 1985 before continuing in the Army Reserve from 1985 through 1988.

Kevin says the transition period initially required adjustments after operating under the previous structure for nearly 20 years. However, he believes the move ultimately strengthened the business and expanded future opportunities.
The larger support organization introduced additional resources, broader leadership experience and increased operational capabilities that helped franchisees expand their vision for growth.
Kevin remains optimistic about the future and believes Neighborly’s continued support will help HouseMaster franchise owners grow even further in the years ahead.
